This hits almost all the sweet spots for a sub-$200 unlocked phone - 8/128GB, headphone jack, 2025 or newer, 5G, microSD card support, manufactured by a major brand. The only thing that could make this better is if it was the stylus (which has magnetic charging and, of course, a stylus).

I agree with others who said the 2025 Moto G Stylus is the one to get. It is extremely well reviewed and the vast majority say its currently the best bang for your buck. I got two 128GB Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) and paid $70 for both phones during the recent TF deal. I use one for outdoor activities and motorcycle trips so I dont have to risk any of my flagships. If I happen to destroy one, Im out $35 and have another already cloned and ready to replace it. The OLED screen is a HUGE upgrade over phones lacking the tech. The screen is bright and easily viewed in broad daylight. The 8GB RAM is a very welcome upgrade to anything with 6GB or less when task switching. Swapping phones is as easy as removing the sim and SD cards and moving them to another phone in less than a minute. The camera is its weak-ish point, but it takes perfectly acceptable pics under most conditions. Most bloatware is quickly and easily uninstalled or disabled (a quick search shows you which ones and what they do). Even comes with wireless charging. All in all, a fantastic phone for the price and will work well as a daily driver for +95% of its users. Moving back to any non-moto phone always finds a level of instant regret, when you discover they lack the many intuitive built-in moto features you became used to.
Bottom line: if I destroy or lose my two 128GB Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) phones (dont laugh... I play hard), I would buy another without hesitation and move on.

The delivery date is now July 22-26 (at least for Prime members), so make sure you can wait, if you order from Amazon.

Motorola seems to be a couple days behind on processing orders out (based on my order of a different phone), but it's not as bad of a delay as over a week from Amazon.
