Hit or miss if you get a box that's been tampered with. Amazon has fallen with its quality checks on TCG items. I won't buy again from them after being burned 3 times in the past year. To each their own and good luck if you choose to.

Is that still an issue if its coming from the official Magic the Gathering store on Amazon?

Doesn't matter who it's coming from if it's from the Amazon warehouse. They bulk it together as a product and the false ones get mixed up with legit ones.

Accurate, unfortunately. Amazon has made no effort to do anything about counterfeiting in the TCG / board game space, even tho it has been an issue for well over a decade.
