This has to be one of Samsung's worst TV models. Got it about 2 months ago and already regret it. The original remote stopped working, Samsung sent a replacement, and that failed too. Even an aftermarket remote stopped working. That's three remotes in just 2 months. On top of that, the sound quality is terrible, the colors look dull and dim, and the audio randomly cuts out.

you can make it better. I did. Just take pics of what you tune. In case you need to set it back. Make sure you do that. Or write them down.
