It needs to be activated within 45 days now, not 60.
Thanks, it may have been 45 back in November too, going off memory.

Going to start a WIKI and add that information, plus any other FAQ's that come up as this thread has a lot of ??/answers already.

If you are interested in this deal, might as well spend $20 more for a phone added. Get the a17 5g with the year of unlimited for $200. Wait 60 days to unlock and sell or keep it.

I've been with MINT since last November, been very please, good service, no issues in my area with spotty coverage.

Given this is an UNLIMITED everything plan at $15 a month with a major 'no-name' carrier, you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal. You're set until July 2027 if you purchase it and port.

Many deals that get posted that are comparable or less money are for 3 months or 6 months tops and then you're back shopping for service again in short order, having to port your number and all the other jazz. And some of those carriers, like Infimobile have some reputation issues.
Do they charge those Misc. fees or $15 net per month?

the fees they charge are spelled out, think it was $1.5-2 based on location approx per month, but it's still the best deal out there given the hotspot and true UNLIMITED Data for 12 months.

pretty sure unlock provision has changed to 12 months, at least it has elsewhere (Tracfone, Metro, etc)

Been pretty happy with it, until we went to a couple Alaskan cities on vacation. My verizon phone had good service, zero service on mint even though it showed 5g on their map. Not looking forward to what other areas are effected.

Really considering this. Has anybody been on native T-Mobile and then switch to mint? Is there different priority or noticeable speed difference?
I switched and didn't notice, although since the newer phone I bought through them has 5g and improved radio etc is years newer, some of my old weak spots got better coverage. However I lack the knowledge of some of the power users that can give you technical differences for "MVNO" carriers that may or may not affect your user habits. Do you use Apple or Android? PM me if Android and you want more of my thoughts

I have been with MINT for more than a year. Can I port out and port back in to activate this promotion?

This or a year of us mobile for $199? I thought the Verizon plan on us mobile was not prioritized lower like other secondary carriers. I'm looking to add a second line within days and deciding between these two.
