How to activate your complimentary Apple TV subscription:
Activating your Apple TV subscription is straightforward and can be completed through either Chase's website or mobile app.
Start by logging in to your Chase account and navigating to the "Benefits" section associated with your Sapphire Preferred Card. From there, locate the Apple TV benefit and select "Activate Now."
You'll then be directed to Apple TV, where you'll be prompted to sign in with (or link) your Apple ID. Once connected, your complimentary one-year subscription will be activated.
I found it in the "Benefits & travel" section of my card pretty easily.
Activate your benefit by linking your Apple ID to receive a complimentary Apple TV subscription. For users on Apple devices (iPhone or iPad), your benefit will be automatically linked to the Apple ID you use to sign in to your device. To use an alternate Apple ID, activate from your Chase account on desktop.
If you already have an active Apple TV subscription directly through Apple, your complimentary subscription through Chase will automatically suspend your existing subscription.
If you cancel your Apple TV subscription through Chase, your paid subscription with Apple will resume.
If you have an active paid Apple One subscription purchased directly through Apple, after you have activated your Apple TV benefit with the Apple Account connected to your Apple One billing, you will automatically receive an $8 discount on your Apple One subscription for 12 months starting on your next billing period.
If eligible, you will see your Apple One discount information in your Apple Subscription Settings.
If you have linked your Apple ID and wish to link a different Apple ID, please call Apple at 1-800-275-2273.
For further assistance with activating or canceling, please call the number on the back of your card.
