By comparing with iSpring 6-stage RO water filtration system (costco: https://www.costco.com/p/-/isprin...&langId=-1), which one is better?
Get the RO every time for drinking water. If your budget allows add a whole home system later.

It's senseless to filter the main kitchen sink faucet. The vast majority of water used by the main kitchen sink faucet is for washing or at least rinsing off of dishes, pots, & pans, not drinking water. You should install and use a dedicated smaller 'tube faucet' to connect to the filter system and that way the filters will last 100x longer, as the filters are then filtering only the water that truly needs filtration.
Agreed. It looks like there is a dedicated faucet option for a little bit more.

If your TDS is low, then there's no value in a system like this, anyway. You don't need to filter something if there's nothing to filter out of it.
We use ours for our bottle washer, humidifiers, steam mop, and carnivorous plants. There's plenty of use for RO water.

do you need a separte water line to use to effectively under the sink? I don't want to purify dish water. I use a primo water dispenser now.
It'll come with a tee that splits the water supply.

I'd like to plumb this to my fridge to have cleaner water for ice and drinking water. Fridge has its own charcoal filter already

Yes, I saw it being $175 at the time of that post at exactly that URL.
That $175 deal is dead now.

You dont need the faucet this filters the entire kitchen sink.
As someone said, is not for the hot side. Plus the flow rate on these is faaar too low.

Nice, the top part of the canister is still plastic, which will likely leak with microscopic pin size hole.
