If the Boston 13 is anything like the Boston 12, this can be a daily if you like to run fast and if you like "ground feel". I balance this with a pair of Saucony Hurricane 24's for easy/slow days.
The Boston 12 is amazing at race pace or tempo.
It's so-so when slower than tempo but faster than easy day.
It's absolutely horrible as an easy pace shoe.
