This mini PC is a compact Ryzen 7 255 and Radeon 780M machine aimed at light gaming and everyday use, with the 780M described as roughly GTX 1050 class and capable of triple A games on medium or low settings. The Oculink port is a standout for turning it into a small gaming rig, and the 6400 MT per second LPDDR5 memory is fast, though soldered and not upgradeable. The main concerns are stability and heat, with reports of freezing, WHEA errors, USB lockups, and stress test failures. A fresh Windows install and updated drivers are repeatedly suggested, but cooling and long term reliability remain the big question.

If you can do it again, I would buy the F5A version and perhaps SODIMM RAM (knowing what I now know... it's a tough one).
When I got my FIrebat, I used it for about six weeks before I purchased my upgraded memory and harddrive. The day I switched out the memory from 16GB to 32GB, I started to experience cold starts. I hated that feeling and all my research came down to the memory timing that my new memory has is not the same as the Samsung's RAM timing which is tuned to the motherboard. And the bios of mini pc's are very limited and the firebat's bios did not have anything regarding the memory timing.
But I paid $232 for my firebat (8745HS, 780M, 16GB and 512GB) and sold it for $380 five months later and got my F5A Acemagic 370 HX.
What we know is these mini PC's have ZERO BLOATWARE... so why would you say it runs slow? Is it you got throttled?
I don't see this being a slow PC and the fact that you say it is... it makes no sense to me.
Like a person says the new corvette is a slow car. Maybe for the person who is use to faster cars, it may seem slow but really a corvette is NOT a slow car. That is what you sound to me... it sounds like you are saying the corvette is a slow car.
And I am NOT the seller. I just believe in great value.
IIRC its comparable to a GTX 1050
Look, six months ago I got a laptop for $199 that came with 16GB of DDR5 5600 RAM. Today I can sell the memory for $200.
And your's is not that simular. I purchased a simular one about 6 months ago... 8745HS 16GB 512GB for $232 and last week they sold the barebone system for $165.

Also, if you install XYandZ and it makes your computer slow, who's fault is that?
And like, if you had a PC that freezes all the time don't you think you would have returned it?
Lastly, I also asked a few questions and they never get answered such as... did you upgrade anything... I get a response but not about my question.
If a product is bad, I want to know. But from talking to people on this thread it made me happy that I got the F5A case and not this one for my mini PC.
From what I can tell from my conversations... this PC may have a overheating issue that is effecting the soldered RAM... but I could be wrong. While soldered RAM is mostly all positive... the one negative is that it gets soldered very close to the CPU and if the CPU overheats, this heat can encompass the RAM and cause your system to fail... RAM can not handle heat very well.
I already said... I personally would not get this mini pc due to the heating issues that other people have mentioned... does that sound like I am the Vendor?
So you think I am getting paid cause I say do not buy this model cause of the chatter on this forum about the over heating issues and soldered RAM.
So, you tell me... if you purchased a PC and it froze all the time would you give it back?
And if you tell me these specs run slow knowing there is ZERO bloatware... does that make sense?
I have also owned a similar system and currently own the F5A with the 370 HX.
Based on this person... who wants a PC that is SLOW and that FREEZES ALL THE TIME.
The problem is that this CPU is not slow, it is fast... so everything you have said, I can not believe.
So sorry but I just don't understand.
I would assume your PC is just as fast as any PC that has the RYzen 7 255 which to me is a good and is also a fast CPU.
I don't understand, you find this CPU too slow???
We know there is no bloatware... I still do not understand. Maybe you just need that M4 CPU by apple... you know don't spend $467.50 spend twice as much money and get yourself apple mini with a M4.
I find this CPU fast enough for every and it can play all games well enough. I find comments like yours are not real.

The thing is I get my games from IRC... all hacked. But the game is 100% played on y computer so they normally run faster.
FUnny right... the illegal game runs faster then the paid game. But I can not play online, only story modes.
