I have the 80V version. It's good and I'm happy with it, but green works has by far the worst customer support I have ever dealt with. I will keep buying their stuff since I'm pot committed, but man do I hate their support.

Generally what does go wrong with these? I will definitely try this out in first 30 days & decide if I can keep this.
