Only 180 dimming zones. There's competing products with 1152 zones now. I can't imagine this does a passable job controlling haloing.

TCL is one of the largest TV makers at this point. I doubt failure rate is much different than any other screen brand.

A couple of things. This does come with a 30 day return window if you're not happy.

Also on the page is the option to buy a 3-4 year extended warranty if you choose so if it dies on you they'll cut you a check or send you a new one if not repairable.
