How does this compare to a 65" LG A1? Better value than a 77" C5 for ~$1600? Is this a good sale, or does the partner store go lower?

Does it have a WEB browser? My last LG did not and I had to use a fire stick.

I assume you are asking B5 vs C5, C5 is better than B5

Is the 77" C5 at ~$1600 worth it over a 77" B5 at ~$1300 in a pitch black room? Currently have a 65" LG A1, and I'm trying to decide between 65"/77" B5/C5. And what protection plan, if any, should I get if I buy via the Partner Store or from non-Costco/BestBuy?

I think you should look into a QD-OLED panel (Samsung S90F + S95F gets around this pricepoint) if you're looking for a pitch black room. I opted for a W-OLED as I'll be putting the TV in an always bright living room.

Nah, Samsung doesn't support DV, which is a deal breaker. Plus their QC is much worse than LG OLEDs.

This is a great deal. I've had a B2 for about 5 years and it's great. I bought a G4 for downstairs, and while it's better, the picture is still great on the B2. This B5 made significant improvements since the B2

FACTS - I don't care what others say about the S95F, not having Dolby vision at this price point IS A DEALBREAKER!!!!

Not in my opinion I bought the B5 at exactly this price and I'm 100% satisfied my living room has plenty of light but none of it directly facing the TV I've never had a problem with the level of brightness.

I'm saying W-OLED is better for plenty of light situations, which are LG B5 and C5 (I purchased the C5). The QD-OLED recommendation I was giving is the fact that those panels are generally better visually than W-OLEDs at the same pricepoint (when looking at comparisons between the C5 and S90F) but have poor performance when there is lots of ambient light. QD-OLEDs get that purple shimmer with ambient light for example.

Of course, if money is no object, then I think the W-OLED LG G6 > C6H > the other panels atm.

This is so tempting at this price. I was hoping to eventually jump up to 98" or 85" from my LG OLED77CX. That just arrived up here from S FL in storage for 1.7 years in tact. Decisions decisions haha.
