I tried ordering a Moto Stylus last month under their previous no-port required deal. They charged my card and never delivered the phone. Multiple calls to customer service went nowhere ("it shouldn't take this long..."). One person finally told me that they oversold them and that all orders were cancelled, yet they never refunded my money. I finally did a chargeback on my CC a few days ago.
Not worth bothering with Total Wireless. And good luck if you actually try to port a number. Tons of stories in recent months about TW losing the numbers because they screwed up the process somewhere.

FCC will handle it. I purchased a home wireless internet device from T-Mo on April 30 and cancelled the same day as Comcast/Xfinity gave me a good deal. Order cancelled, never received, got a bill from T-Mo and when I called them they said ignore and wait for next bill. Earlier this month I get a letter from collections department. WTF? I opened a case with FCC and after a week of nothing, I replied back to their confirmation email that I've heard nothing from T-Mo. One hour after I sent that email, T-Mo resolutions called me with apologies and admitted they screwed up. I requested a confirmation letter back and it showed they applied a credit to the $37. charge. Why they did it that way I don't know. Btw, when first speaking with T-Mo's c/s, they will not transfer to resolution dept or billing dept.
def works with visible out the box using one right now and it's my 2nd device bought for visible service
I have visible and I have the Samsung a16. Thing is laggy but I was trying to go for the Motorola with higher ram. Yeah I completely missed that i have to change carrier. I'm ok on visible
Can you buy this for one month. Cancel and throw in a drawer for one year until unlock?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. In the policy it states 365 days of active service, so essentially it is 13 months as you need to call them to unlock.

It's not only about RAM. It's also the CPU and type of NAND. RAM by itself won't address lag.

And now your address and payment methods are blocked from purchasing all Verizon / Tracfone brands
I'm using this phone now. It's great as a budget phone but still lags, not as bad as a Samsung A series. Love the microsd slot, plays anything I throw at it. Dolby kind sucks, you have to configure it to make the speakers sound decent and disable it if you're playing music in the car. would love to get a new razr fold 2026
What numbers can you port in to get this deal? It asked me to use my current phone number but when I put my mint mobile number it won't send me the one time passcode. Can you use google voice number?
