No amount of money is worth these paddles. It's like playing tennis with wooden rackets from 100 years ago. You could find a used graphite paddle on Amazon for $10 that's 50 times nicer than these George Washington pieces of crap.

Agreed. I started playing with these a couple years ago. Since getting a real paddle, it's like playing a completely different sport. These weigh almost twice as much as decent modern paddles, no spin, etc. I got these for my kids when they were on sale for $16 and they have been great.
