If you say "see below for VESA information", then there should be more information. Even if that information is "VESA mounting is not supported". Otherwise a person might assume that VESA is supported and they accidentally didn't include the information.
Use this section if you are searching for how to mount a monitor on a wall, how to attach a monitor arm, or what VESA size the KTC H27D9 uses.
Turn the monitor off and unplug all cables.
Remove the stand according to the original manual.
Use a compatible mount and hardware suitable for the monitor.
Follow the wall-mount diagram in the original manual.
If you are not sure whether the wall or bracket is suitable, ask a qualified installer.
I stand by my original statement that I frequently feel like I'm rolling the dice with these types of purchases. One of many issues is that there is often conflicting evidence online, and the official documentation is poorly written and validated. As I mentioned, I have purchased many items from Ali Express, and I intend to continue purchasing from there. In fact, I just received one of the JHK office chairs that have been popping up on Slick Deals and I have a few items en route now.
I don't think my assessment is unfair. I pay less for these items. But one of the trade-offs is that the support and documentation tends to be to be worse in general. And every once in a while that does cause a concern or problem.
I believe that you are unintentionally spreading misinformation. If so, I don't think it would be fair to say that it is your fault. As I mentioned on my post just before this, poor documentation and communication on the part of KTC would be to blame.
Also, all that being said, it is still unclear whether the monitors shipped with this deal would include VESA mounting or not. I wouldn't count on it including the VESA mounting option. "Clearing out the older, worse inventory" would be a good reason to sell something like this at a lower price.
Did you personally purchased this monitor from this exact same Ali Express listing and receive a monitor that supports VESA mounting? If so, then I'd reverse my assumption and guess that people jumping on this deal will also get one that supports VESA. Otherwise, it's still unclear.
P.S. Thanks for chiming in to the thread with first hand information. Even though you might be incorrect that all HD27D9 monitors including VESA holes, you still provided real hard evidence that at least some of these monitors include it.

- The Amazon.com [amazon.com] product page specifically states "Q: Is this monitor VESA compatible? A: No, this monitor does not support VESA mounting." On that same page, a reviewer from July 30, 2025 stated "Does not have vesa mounting brackets on rear. Is not obvious from the advertisement."
- KTC has a 35 second promo video [youtube.com] for the H27D9. Your video shows the location of the VESA holes at the 5:01 mark [youtu.be]. The official KTC video clearly shows those VESA holes missing at the 0:26 mark [youtu.be].
- The Ali Express listing the OP linked to includes a picture of the rear with no VESA mounting holes.
- The picture of the monitor in the manual [ktcplay.com] does not show any screw holes.
- The manual [ktcplay.com] includes the heading "Base and Wall Mount". But aside from that, it does not mention anything about mounting the monitor using any method than the included stand.
- The support page [ktcplay.com] for the H27D9 mentions "Use this section if you are searching for ... or what VESA size the KTC H27D9 uses." It then proceeds to not mention VESA again.
- An official product page [ktcplay.com] from KTC shows pictures of the rear of the monitor without VESA mounting holes.

You know should know your video well. Just specify where in the video you show proof that there weren't any H27D9 produced that didn't include VESA mounting holes.
