Depends on how you're using it probably. But if you mount this to your monitor it'll be out of the way/frame and probably will still sound pretty damn good from short distance. Bonus is that it might be better at avoiding room noises and the shock mount and foam screen should help too to remove some desk vibration.

personally for PC use Id rather have a USB mic than an analog mic
