Thanks. I'm currently using the MC1 and I'm very happy with them, so ordered the MC2 to try them out. Thanks OP.

The MC2 is better in every way than the MC1.

I have all the Baseus clip-on buds too and my experience with the fit has been the opposite of yours. For me the MC2 fit me the best. I guess every ear is unique. What I'm really here for is the muddy the waters. A couple of weeks ago I took advantage of a Slick Deal on some Open-Box "Excellent" Shokz OpenDots ONE from Best Buy for $68. Mine arrived looking and performing like new. That deal appears to be still available. Just search "Shokz" in the Slick Deals search bar. My Baseus buds don't get much use anymore. Good luck.
Completely agree. You can't even tell you're wearing them. The only thing that I can come up with is that the other poster has to be morbidly obese or something.

no ANC
This type of bud can't have any real ANC as they're designed to be open and letting other sound in, the bud doesn't go into your ear canal to seal. Soundcore sorta does it by shifting downwards but it's still not as good as regular buds

I did the exact same thing a few months back and the Shokz are my favorite clips.

I'm just going to repost what I said on the Shokz page. Bluetooth range is important to me because my earbuds are always with me and my phone isn't. Also, the Baseus button problem may just be a "me" problem, but I have a hard time using them.

Comparing these Shokz to my Baseus XC1 & MC2, there's no clear winner for me. I'm gonna rank them from best to worst...

FIT - Shokz, MC2, XC1
SOUND - XC1, Shokz, MC2 -This is almost too close to call.
CONTROLS - Shokz, XC1/MC2 - I can't feel the physical button on the Baseus buds.
Graphic EQ - Shokz, XC1/MC2 - The graphic EQ on all the Baseus clip-on buds is useless.
BLUETOOTH RANGE - Shokz, XC1, MC2
Hours Per Charge - MC2, Shokz, XC1
Dolby Audio/Spatial Acoustics - Garbage, Garbage, Garbage

For $68, the Shokz are my favorite.

YMMV

I don't own this set myself - I have the recent EarFun Clips (2?), which sound good to my ears. There is a positive review on the internet: https://www.scarbir.com/tws/baseu...mc2-review , so if I hadn't just bought the EarFun competitor a few months ago, I would buy these.
Have the earfun clip 2 also . Solid product. I really like it

I checked at the Best Buy site. The Shokz Open Dots are now only available in Good or Fair condition. Excellent is gone. But Good is only $51.99. Might be worth a chance. Interestingly, one of the things I like best about my MC1 and BC1 clips is the physical buttons. Update: Now showing not available in any condition.
