This deal model also has an option for a suction cup with the NEW MODEL selection, but it's $30.
edit: I received it and the $16 one actually does come with a suction cup. There is another problem for some though. It only positions in a way that sits up high. If you're like me and want it to sit on top of the dash and bend down a bit to cool in front of the vent, it doesn't work that way.
This deal model also has an option for a suction cup with the NEW MODEL selection, but it's $30.
