I got this exact one from the manufacturer for $12.49 on a sale a couple months ago, getting it from Walmart (if you can get free shipping) with the easier return option seems well worth the extra $0.50. I've only used it a handful of times, but it's worked perfectly every time I've needed it. Most importantly (to me) it's one of the slimmest on the market.

Thx, in for 2. Once you go magsafe charging you never go back to wired powerbanks.

Yeah, 0.3" is pretty good, but I'm still waiting for Xiaomi 6 mm one. 😕 It doesn't look like they're ever going to launch it in the US.

I prefer wired, charges quicker, more efficient and less heat on the battery

7.5W wireless charging? No thanks. That's painfully slow.

Wireless charging is already very inefficient, I don't know why you would use wireless charging with a power bank. You're already limited on power, might as well charge it the most efficient way.

Because the lightning and usbc devices can both use it without a wire dangling around

The use case is when you're rushing out the door and your phone is only at 15%. What's easier: grabbing a power bank with a cable dangling from it, or just snapping a MagSafe battery onto the back of your phone?

Of course, if I'm sitting in front of the TV or at work, I'm charging with a cable. It's faster and more efficient.

They have power banks with built in cables. If your phone is at 15%, I would definitely want to power it up as much as possible, and using a wireless charger is not it.
