(2) You cannot use a credit card to make a deposit on online gambling, But some online gambling will accept DEBIT card payments (MC works better than Visa though)
(3) Some merchants that charge credit card surcharges will not with these because these are DEBIT cards.
(4) This is by far the most powerful of all. You can cause overcharge with these if you know how to do it.
