That was Wed. Have never gotten so much as a confirmation email about the inquiry. I spent the weekend trying off & on to chat again, being disconnected after waiting thru as many as 20+ people.
Finally got thru today & was told I needed to finish activating the sim I'm waiting for. Would then(!) be escalated. But I would definitely get promo since I've contacted Google while the promo was still active.
Frankly I'm inclined to move on. I'm not yet being held hostage by any agreement. I have currently got no money invested. Everyone has promotions right now. Google's how-do-you-do was failed sign up, failure to follow through & lack of support. But they want me to take them on faith & give them my credit card approval...?
