Since I already had a wall-mounted pullup bar and rings, this would be redundant, but starting from scratch this is a great device. Flip around underneath to do reverse pushups (aka body rows) and you're on your way to a full workout with no weights needed.

Good to know -- and separating them also lets you position the arms beyond just neutral/parallel, which can be friendlier on your shoulders (depending on user). I prefer slightly inward/pronated.
