Very true. These hoses also have a very low gpm. Another drawback is the cloth material tend to lightly snag on bare concrete That being said. These hoses are light weight. For daily watering of shrubs and flower beds it much easier to use. And storing them is a breeze. If you can get one for the low price the nozzle alone runs about $9

I'm haunted by previous deals where flexzilla rubber hoses were $10. Now I've got to wait several years until that happens again before buying more. It's a sickness.
