Had these. Feels great at first, but that comfort doesn't last long.

It gives you cushioning but don't expect it to help with plantar fasciitis or provide arch support. If you have moderate to bad active pf, this may actually be painful (it was for me). At the heel, this has a convex protruding ball of cushioning which can press on to where your heel is hurting. Most insoles made for pf has a concavity that cups your heel instead of pressing on it. Now that my pf has finally gone away, I can finally use this insole for daily cushioning.

I bought a bunch of these for my PF and I feel like it's helped, especially when replacing the insoles for my flatter shoes. I even stuck these in some of my dress shoes and it's significantly more comfortable.

These are decent, especially for the price.
