As for the address, I don't know where you got the idea that Morrisville and Singapore are closer. A simple Google search will tell you that Lenovo is Hongkong based company with global headquarter in Beijing, US headquarter in Morrisville, NC and operations in dozens of other countries, including Singapore. Multinational companies often use address of their offices in country they do business.

FWIW, most companies based in a country and operating out of that country, use a company to reflect that...and most of the time it is also a legally distinct corporation as well. For example Lenovo US, not Lenovo Singapore when they are operating out of North Carolina.
2) UL energy efficiency certification but not UL listed from what I can find. Also couldn't find an ETL listing despite the Amazon product page claiming UL and ETL listing.
I'm sure it's probably fine but not sure it's worth the risk for me to save $10 over a trusted and listed brand.
