The Qrevo Pro stands out as a hands-off robot vacuum and mop with strong autonomous cleaning, self-emptying, self-washing, self-drying, and carpet detection that lifts the mop for transitions. The heated mop washing, rotating pads, and app control make it especially useful for hardwood and mixed floors, and the refurb deal adds a 2 year warranty that makes the price more appealing. The main cautions are hair tangles in the roller and maintenance for the dirty-water tank, plus occasional reports of Wi Fi, docking, or warranty hassles. A solid fit for open homes that want low-effort floor care.
The certified refurbished option includes a 2-year warranty, which can extend coverage beyond typical new-product timing.
The Qrevo Pro can detect carpet transitions and lift the mop heads to vacuum, then resume mopping on hard floors.
The wet pads rotate and lift when carpet is detected, enabling mopping and vacuuming in one trip.
The waste-water odor can be reduced by cleaning the dirty bin and spraying bleach before reinstalling.
Hair can tangle in the roller and require weekly detangling for shedding-dog households.
The waste-water bin can smell strongly when emptying, creating a dirty-water-bath maintenance task.
Some units reportedly refuse to connect to Wi‑Fi despite troubleshooting, with Unifi-style networking suspected as incompatible.
Warranty service can become burdensome, including packaging and shipping requirements that lead some buyers to return the unit.

I'm newbie to robo vac/mop, but in market to get one. Should I jump on this?

As for the vac, I've been using robots vacs for over 20 years and the Qrevo is the first one that almost never requires any intervention. They just work.
Even earlier roborock models would develop odd spots to get stuck in. These don't and I've gradually converted all my units to them.
I haven't used any of the models to compare but it's probably worth considering just for the warranty.
