The boot up on this is much quicker on Switch 2. I mean, another reason might be for the track options on dlc since there are more retro tracks in this game.

No, but that 8 symbol was made to look like an infinity symbol and a Möbius strip. Which was fitting bc it seemed like that would be the last Mario Kart and they kept adding tracks for years and years. So I call it Mario Infinite/Infinity.

It'd be nice if they added more content. I'd also like the ability to play without the intermission tracks, which is the gripe many people have with the game.

I think it is perfectly good to like one or the other, but I disagree with World being superior automatically by having more content. I would argue they are different enough for that to never be true. I personally think World's parkour mechanics are really cool, but I prefer 8 as a Kart title. Making World bigger won't change that. They can both have their place!
