Plus and Pro are basically the same, but Pro is a slightly newer version with a few small upgrades. I know it adds dust protection, slightly higher water protection, and I think I read something about a new protective grill, and maybe a couple other small differences.

Other than that, they are the exact same item.

This is normal price on their ebay store - this isn't anything special. I purchase the pro from their ebay store for $130 last month - plus and pro were both $130 without any coupons.

For this "sale," all they did was jack up the price, and then discount it again with a coupon.

My refurb came like new, with only some minor cardboard box damage. These things need custom EQ to bring out the veiled upper frequencies.

So you're saying they are different in several ways plus different in ways you aren't sure of, but also saying they are exactly the same. Gotcha!

Pretty much 😂

A few minor durability upgrades, but the sound is exactly the same.

Same size, same speaker layout, same speakers, same wattage output, etc...

Bought the Boom 2 from Woot 2 weeks ago for $69. I'm finicky about sound quality always comparing everything I listen to back to my Bose stuff.
I actually like the Boom 2. Thought it was a bit bass heavy even without the bass boost, but downloaded the app and equalized it down and now I'm pretty satisfied. I think the lights are a little cheesy, but not a deal breaker.

If you already got soundcore stuff be wary. I have over a grand of their speakers with partycast and they all connect great, but my most recent 3 boom2 pluses came with auracast and are NOT compatible with partycast. The ad does not say which one you will get.

Edit: It says partycast in the ad, but so did the ad for the auracast ones I just got
