no, actually I have 4 of these and use them often for my Odyssey. No issues.

These do have a very narrow width so when they are at max height they are pretty easy to tip over even with the full weight of a vehicle on them. I have a set of 3-ton Harbor Freight jack stands with slightly wider base measurements and I can tip them over with as little as 60 pounds of sideways force applied to the car if the car is on perfectly flat concrete. If the ground is not perfectly flat it will be much easier to tip it over toward the low side of the slanted ground. To be safer, I upgraded to 6-ton Daytona jack stands from the last HarborFreight sale @ $75/pair and since those have a considerably wider base, those require almost 3x the lateral force to tip them over in the same scenario compared to smaller 2-ton or 3-ton stands like this.

6-ton Daytona jack stands are nice, give you more space under the vehicle.
