I was so frustrated with Arlo's lack of customer service (you cannot call them despite the many bogus numbers listed on the web for them) I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card to cancel the subscription.. I would personally suggest looking at a different company.. If your not sure, Just do the simple test of trying to reach ANY living person in Arlo customer service to ask them a question. I was not able to do that.
