Good luck trying to get all the pieces to use it. vipoutlet sent a box with missing items. The box got damaged in the process and it's been a pain to deal with them to ship it back. I have given up on getting my refund and considered it my lesson fees not to buy anything from them again.

Gladiator quality has dropped off so much over the last few years. I would not purchase anything from them again. They've started using very thin/flimsy metal.

VIP outlet on eBay has terrible quality control!! I just got an electronic from them... yup, doesn't work. Seems to be a pattern
