I have ghost series from 11 to 16 all in 4e all fit well i tried max 2 in 4e they were exactly fit as other ghost shoes so i doubt D will fit 4e.Also i returned max 2 because of low heel to toe drop which was forcing my feet to put extra pressure on my toes.
