Is it possible to use the PAYPAL code and apply for the Samsung credit card, add it to PayPal and pay with it so I can take advantage of the $200 cashback offer as well as the $100 discount from the paypal code?

I struggled to replicate the deal. The price kept changing at the last moment in the checkout. I contacted customer service and they said the paypal100 code was expired because it was limited to 15k uses. They told me no exceptions, but I kept trying and ended up going through with much vigilance. If I had to guess the trick, it was authorizing the PayPal transaction on a previous attempt.

FYI C1 $100 probably won't stack with EPP since it redirects to a different storefront.

EPP is workplace but C1 directs you to the consumer side. That's why the cart is different

Make sure you click the PayPal button first at the checkout page. Then add the code

Yes, that's the point of this thread. Below is what I did:
1. Add the Samsung card to PayPal and make it the default online payment card.
2. Go to any bonus/cashback site (huge YMMV as it may not credit).
3. Go to Samsung, pick your Z Fold and Watch
4. Add all available discount codes (PAYPAL100, reservation code $20).
5. Check out with PayPal as the method of Payment.
6. Confirm the discounts PayPal $100 discount is still there and hit Submit!!

**Also check Samsung Members app for targeted coupons** I used ChatGPT and got a few codes that didn't work. Probably regional, but it could work for you!!!

Honestly, this is a no brainer deal if you have an older Fold phone and meet the requirements. The phone is not gonna get any newer and resell value on the Fold5 or Fold6 will drop like a tank. It's basically giving you a free Watch Ultra 2!!!

Another question once you got approved for the card, do you need to wait for the physical card so you can add it to your PayPal account, or.as soon as you get approved do you get the option to digitally add it?

No, the discount should be automatically applied if you had validated your account. One way to confirm is to check on the app for a "SAMSUNG MILITARY OFFER PROGRAM" banner at the top of the page in the Samsung Shop app.

Does anyone have Samsung support number for possible account issue? I was trying to purchase zfold 8 on Samsung.com by trading my Zflip7. It won't let me checkout on the website. Tried via Shop Samsung app as well, but that also got stuck. I signed out of the Samsung app and now can't sign back in. What a mess.
