This is a budget Galaxy A37 5G deal that stands out for its midrange specs, long software support, and strong value as a backup or travel phone. The 6.7 inch AMOLED display, 5,000 mAh battery, IP68 rating, and six years of updates make it appealing, and it also gets praise for emulation and decent camera performance. The main drawbacks are the 6GB RAM, no microSD slot, and reports of noticeable One UI lag. Metro's 365 day unlock lock and frequent port in and checkout problems are the biggest caveats.

Thank you. Check your credit cards for additional cash back. I got 15% back on Chase (that's $6) and $6 on Capital One

Help me out, scrolling through this thread but not seeing a clear answer - what's the consensus on the best carrier to get a # to port in? I haven't really done this since a couple years ago, and was using $5 visible lines back then. Seeing Boost offers $10 lines. Does Google Voice still work? Anything better/easier?
TIA!
Google voice works per multiple users in this thread.

Actually forgot to post this but few sites are showing $40+ and even got $45 from Cap1. I missed the phone CB as I had to call in to order due to their site not working correctly.

In practice, nearly all Android phones held a very low value during trade-ins.

Are you referring to their $5 plan (https://www.lycamobile.us/en/23-u...ampaign/)? How easy is it to port out from lycamobile? From https://www.howardforums.com/thre...s.1931664/, it sounds like a big hassle.

I got some errors too when it's time for unlock. A hard reset fixed the issue. I had 2 Moto stylus 2025 from last year. 1 unlocked no issue. The other requires a factory reset.
Yeah, I have tried all the tricks I know including factory reset, twice. Oh well, I know the risk. All my other Metro phones unlocked with no problem. I might have been careless with this one.

Just letting others here know that there is a very small chance it won't unlocked if you're not being careful.
