Is that even possible? How did you do that? And doesn't that mean you'll have 2 accounts in your name and won't the cust serv see that?

Also, did your rewards status tier transfer automatically? I'm currently Platinum status and would like to keep that tier.

I won't cancel the original 2Gb profile until the new 1Gb profile is active and tested. I'm going from $100/mo to $50 but lower speed which I probably don't need. No gamers in this household, just youtubetv, wfh, bunch of mobiles and tablets
