What does up to 32gb of ram mean? How does one expand the ram from 12-32gb?
It's a gimmick and essentially the same thing as any desktop operating system's using the storage as a much slower, higher wear overflow when the RAM runs out. Linux calls this 'swap', windows calls it 'page file'.
It's not new or special, it can be useful but the sort of storage used in phones (eMMC) isn't known for being robust. I always disable this feature.

Near spot on match for Snapdragon 695. For the rugged features, big battery, high RAM (12GB, not the ridiculous 32GB gimmick) and 512GB storage, $280 is about what this phone should be selling for. MRP of $600 is laughable.
According to the Q&A, the phone only supports Wi-Fi 5 standard aka 801.11ac. No spec page to list all the cellular bands the phone supports. Can it be activated on AT&T or VZW? eSIM capable?
Check their website; ATT has specific devices they allow, whether or not they are unlocked.
Most likely this will only work on T-Mobile out of the box. It's not on the ATT whitelist for sure. Verizon isnt nearly as strict as ATT, but theyre not nearly as lax as T-Mobile. You might have luck with Verizon if you use an already activated sim card. Very much YMMV here.
