Texas Roadhouse gift cards are appealing for easy restaurant credit at a discount, with fast delivery reported through Card Cash and other purchases arriving quickly after a brief claim step. The chain still offers strong dine in value in some locations, including unlimited bread, extra peanut bags, side refills, and boxed leftovers for another meal. The main caveats are that peanut and bread service varies by location, and the eGift retrieval process can take extra effort. A practical option if you want discounted Texas Roadhouse spending and can handle a little redemption friction.

Interestingly, I love TR because of the terrible experience we had one Father's Day. Once we finally got seated in a table that actually fit our party, and once the food came after a few rounds of corrections, the manager came over and discounted our bill over half off in addition to removing all the apps and drinks. The total for 10 of us was $97. It was probably the first time I felt like a restaurant actually cared about what went wrong and went out of their way to make it right, and it's now a running joke in our family.

I would avoid anything Giftory. I purchased Olive Garden and never received it. I called and no answer. I emailed, sent direct messages, and posted on FB on their profile and you guessed it no answer. I ended up having to do a charge back.

I've purchased from them half a dozen times with no issue. You do have to do a weird claim thing then you get it... but its always been quick. It show in your account?

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants until they did away with unlimited peanuts and bread. Even one bucket of peanuts would be enough. Now they hand out one tiny bag of shelled peanuts per person which is a joke.
One bag per person is a lot. They are not small bags. How much can you eat?

I'm fairly new to Texas Roadhouse, so the bucket was for peanuts not for peanut shell?

The bag is only 4oz. The shell weighs close to half. My friend and I used to eat the entire metal bucket full per person. As I said, I tip them ridiculous amount, and every waitress all wanted to serve us. One gave me unlimited side refills and I specifically asked for her to serve us. After unlimited bread, unlimited sides, and one bucket of peanuts, I was full. We take home the entree plus addition paper bag full of peanuts and extra bread to go.

The hassle of retrieving this gift card makes me less likely to buy from this place again. FYI, it's not as simple as checking out and receiving a code, you have to hunt around to figure out how to retrieve it.
Agreed. Felt like a show dog jumping through all those hoops.

If you keep an eye out for one4all ultimate gift cards, you can use it to exchange for Texas Roadhouse.
What do you mean? How does that work?
