I volunteered for approximately half a decade at two different animal shelters with dogs and small animals. I have also fostered and trained rabbits for one of the shelters and for a non-profit organization that works with the shelter.

Picca, yes, uniforms and handcuffs are all part of the fun!
TV, yes!!! LC and I are both big advocates for small animals, like rats, mice, gerbils, hamsters, chinchilas, rabbits, etc.

ZOMG!! yes!! pictures please!!! LC and I have pics of our fluffs, too that we could share.
I can't find pictures of the third rat, Hickory. These are three pictures of Honey Wheat (honey-colored rat) and Vanilla Bean (white rat peppered with some black). I adopted Hickory in early 2013 along with her sister, Hazel, but Hazel passed away. I decided to adopt Honey Wheat and Vanilla Bean so Hickory would not be lonely.
These were not their names until I adopted them. Their original names were Lenny and Penny, I believe.

Here are some of my menagerie. I have had quite a few hammies and other small animals over the years. My current crew is Gabbie (a chinchilla) Dude (also a Chin) and Ian and Anthony, Guinea Pig brothers. This past year my hammies passed away; they were Russian Dwarfs, and their names were Vladamir and Dimitri.
In the photo of Gabbie, her sister Annie can be seen behind her(Annie passed last year) and the pics of the guineas, Anthony has a white stripe on his nose and Ian's nose is fully grey.
