There are far more stopped up kitchen sinks than there are toilets.
You people have a STRANGE Z NASTY fixation , toilet heads.
If you're endlessly clogging your toilet, some suggestions: go daily, and when you do go, flush as soon as the first turd hits the water, then as often after that as the tank gets half full or so.
Pouring a sizeable pot of almost boiling water into the toilet will help break things up. Check the tank mechanism to see if most of the water actually drains into the bowl. Many are now set up to stop filling with the tank still half full to save water. If yours is that way, keep holding the handle down when you flush to get most of the water to go into the bowl.
For sinks, dumping half a cup of Dawn Liquid into the sink weekly, then running hot water after it will keep the grease in there to a minimum.
And don't put ANYTHING 'stringy' like banana peels or celery down the disposal. Soft foodstuff only.

The plumbers talking about blowing out wax seals are talking out of their wax seal (who even uses wax seals anymore other than plumbers looking for repeat customers?).
The only way that's happening is if you've poured quick cement down the drain.
