Odd. Very few recent reviews. Most 3 to 6 years old.

Love em, do not really care if they are "healthy".
Living to 72 so far and eat the food that tastes good to me.
Good price and easy to cook in the air fryer.
Enjoy your food . The spring roll isn't likely to kill you unless that is the focus of your diet . If your life hangs so precariously that it depends on a couple of snack items you are in deep trouble.

laugh out loud

Minh pork egg rolls are popular, pre-cooked frozen Asian-style appetizers produced via Schwan's Food Service (now part of CJ Schwan's), featuring tender pork and freshly chopped vegetables in a scratch-made crispy wrapper

Jack in the Box egg rolls are famously supplied by Minh, a brand owned by Schwan's Food Service (Schwan's Consumer Brands/Food Service)

I don't disagree, but this says "Product of Vietnam," so I'm assuming the wheat isn't grown here. But their two uses of 'highly refined soybean oil' certainly aren't nice (wrapper and filling)…
Um, everything you said is simply false, or clearly misleading, and unrelated to this product. Omega-6 isn't pro-inflammatory
Much of the recent criticism of seed oils centers on their omega-6 fatty acid content, with claims that these fatty acids promote inflammation. Gardner said this idea is not backed up by science.
Omega-3 and omega-6, both found in fish, seeds, and nuts, are essential fatty acids, meaning our bodies require them but cannot produce them. So we must get them through our diets. While omega-3s are suspected to have anti-inflammatory properties, omega-6 fats play important roles, too.
"The omega-3s seem to be a little more anti-inflammatory than the omega-6s," Gardner said. "But somehow, this has been flipped into saying the omega-6s are pro-inflammatory. That isn't the case. Just because research suggests that omega-3s have stronger anti-inflammatory effects doesn't mean omega-6s are harmful."
In fact, apart from eating fish or flax seeds — it is difficult to get omega-3 fats in your diet without some omega-6s, as all other foods that are sources of these fats have more omega-6 than omega-3.

Um. Way to quote part of an article/source without the link/naming the source? And you say "everything I said was simply false" when what I said was: "highly refined soybean oil isn't nice." You then go on a rant with some unknown "Gardner" about Omega-6s. Which I said NOTHING about. And by the way, your source says NOTHING about 'highly refined soybean oil' being healthy. Try again.

I believe it's somewhat healthy. I usually buy it when it's on sale. I agree with gcrack. It is delicious!
