Woot listing said: These items are expected to have a noticeable level of wear & tear including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and dings. Outside of their physical appearance, they have been tested to be in full working condition.
Also 90 days warranty ONLY.
This post says pristine, like new condition. And comes with 2 years of warranty!
I somehow felt better with this listing, but waiting for feedback from others who bought from woot.

I have bought 2 Ninja items "refurbished" from woot, an XL grill and a Ninja Creami, and both were like new. The only thing missing in both cases was the recipe book.

I have read both sides of feedback for woot, from pretty bad to pretty new. I guess it's worth rolling the dice and returning if you don't end up with a like new device or whatever condition is acceptable to you.
Also, the ninja luxe cafe wasn't marked "refurbished", rather, "Renewed" with a note saying to expect "a noticeable level of wear & tear". not sure if you had same language for other two purchases?
Can you pls share if your two purchases came in original box or generic brown box?
The one on woot for $280 was for the Pro version. This one is the Premier/base model. Woot had the premier for $250 I believe. FWIW

Also, woot one had 90 days warranty vs 2 yrs warranty here.
FWIW, I bought this ebay one and it got delivered today. looked like new with no signs of use and in excellent condition.
Coffee snobs are brainwashed idiots. This machine makes the exact same coffee as their fancy $2000 ones and flat burr grinders. If they say it doesn't it's because they genuinely believe it because, well, they're brainwashed idiots who watch too much James Hoffman and Lance Hendricks who are complete lunatics that developed a church of Coffee
For this kinda complicated machine you need a warranty.
Woot sells used machines same as Facebook marketplace. Sure they wipe them down. If you're lucky you may get an unused return but that draw of the luck. If it starts glitching after 90 days you'll be pounding sand.
People keep bringing woot "deals"
up but it's never a deal. It's just used crap.
It basically makes the coffee making simpler, streamlines and automated, something coffee snobs hate, thankfully those people don't dictate how you should make your coffee, for 99% of people this machine is fantastic, here's a good idea of how snobbish people are:
I received the scratch and dent from Woot this week, and frankly, I am pleasantly surprised. Looks really good. No scratches that I could find. Two small dings on the tamper cover. That's it. Looks unused.
