I have bought 2 Ninja items "refurbished" from woot, an XL grill and a Ninja Creami, and both were like new. The only thing missing in both cases was the recipe book.

I have read both sides of feedback for woot, from pretty bad to pretty new. I guess it's worth rolling the dice and returning if you don't end up with a like new device or whatever condition is acceptable to you.
Also, the ninja luxe cafe wasn't marked "refurbished", rather, "Renewed" with a note saying to expect "a noticeable level of wear & tear". not sure if you had same language for other two purchases?

Can you pls share if your two purchases came in original box or generic brown box?
