This open box 45 inch LG UltraGear OLED stands out as a huge curved ultrawide for gaming and sim racing, with the 800R curve and OLED panel drawing strong praise. The 3440 by 1440 resolution looks sharp enough for many setups, though the low pixel density can be noticeable at closer distances, especially around 24 to 35 inches. Open box condition has ranged from near new with low hours to heavily used demo units, and a few units showed blemishes or faint burn in. The remote and accessories have also been inconsistent, so checking panel hours and condition matters.

I'm sure it does, unless you take steps to prevent it.

Holy low PPI Batman! You want some pixles with that screen?
I picked this up a week ago, it's superb

1440p is pretty rough on a 45" screen. It's a very low PPI so you need to sit ~35"+ from the monitor to not see the pixels imo.
a bit exaggerating on the "rough" part. I picked this monitor up a week ago and it's superb, even at 24" away

Picked mine up today, had to drive out a bit. It was cosmetically in brand new condition even with some of the plastic covering the monitor. Unfortunately it looks like it may have some burn in on the panel, I'm not familiar with this but there's really faint vertical lines near the edges Frown maybe it was too good to be true

Try running the pixel refresh in the panel care settings. Could be as easy as that to be good to go. Check panel hours too

I picked mine up yesterday and even though it was marked as good, it was missing the box and controller. Just the monitor, stand and ac adaptor were included. I figured it was a demo unit so i asked for a discount. The manager was super cool and gave me an additional $100 off the price but he gave it to me as a gift card because the transaction was already paid for.

I took it home thinking it'd have thousands of hours, but to my surprise it only had like 180 hrs and no signs of burn in whatsoever. Very happy with the deal. Thanks OP
