Also what you're pointing out is what a lot of people already recommend doing, which is to buy an old flagship instead of a modern midranger for the same price. The same year the IP12 was released, Samsung released the S20 which can also record 4k60.

Because if you put up a flyer in your neighborhood, you can probably get someone to pay you the $50 for 1-2 hours of doing errands or chores for them, then take down the flyer and skip the year of scheming!
Of course I understand, that at some level the scheming is the point, right?! But I'm pretty sure there's plenty of other deal categories you could swim in that would yield more savings, for less time and hassle!
