You can make 3 separate discounted orders for pickup or delivery with the same time reservation. If you're picking up, Walmart system will assign a single pickup code for all 3 orders. You also only need to select "I'm here" on a single order to trigger all 3 orders to be brought out.

It worked the other day, so I changed it from a generic "pick up after 3:19 PM today" to picking a specific pick-up time slot.
