Use the existing phone and text TRANSFER to 611611, it will confirm and ask for new phone IMEI, once complete check balances on account. After about 10-15 minutes, do the same on the new phone via text and it will move back to the original phone with combined balances. Just did it yesterday.

When activating the phone, select that you want to transfer your existing number. The minutes/texts/data/service time in the bundle will be added to the existing balance when the service is transferred to the new phone. Wait a day, and repeat with the second phone. If you want to go back to your original phone, then wait another day, and reactivate that phone.

This bundle is mainly useful as a cheap way to harvest Tracfone service, since the Galaxy A03 is very slow, stuck on Android 11, and best suited to calls, texts, or backup use. The strongest reports say each phone can carry a 1 year plan with 1500 minutes, texts, and 1.5 GB data, and that the balances can be transferred or stacked onto an existing line. The main caveat is that activation is inconsistent, with some orders arriving without the plan attached and requiring seller or Tracfone support to fix it. The phones also arrive in plain white boxes, so this feels more like service value than a polished handset deal.

  • The bundle can add service time and minutes, texts, and data to an existing Tracfone line when activation uses number transfer.

    sdandyoregon14johnnyblades

  • The activation workflow can be repeated for the second phone to extend service further, including reports of stacking two years total.

    sdandysdfooanjentai

  • Some activations succeed and allow harvesting minutes, texts, and data onto a BYOP phone without needing to keep the A03 as a daily device.

    HaroldKatjaZMark2276

  • The TRANSFER method can work as a fallback when website or app transfers error during the final step.

    energyxgone_camping

  • The bundle may arrive with missing or unrecognized plans, which can force plan purchases or returns after activation attempts.

    shruiikenshruiikenoregon14

  • Texting TRANSFER to 611611 can sometimes wipe existing min/text/data or trigger port-in limbo, so it can be risky for harvesting.

    FaithfulFaucet320FaithfulFaucet320FaithfulFaucet320

  • Tracfone support and account corrections can be slow or inconsistent, and some issues may require eBay/VerizonValue involvement to resolve.

    Jumpstaroregon14ForgottenWall

  • The A03 hardware can feel unusably sluggish and is effectively unsuitable for real daily smartphone use.

Both of my phones did not have any service plans attached to it when I tried to activate them on Aug 10. I received this message today from verizonvalue on ebay:

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the frustrating activation experience! We completely understand your disappointment, as bundled listings can be tricky to interpret. To clarify, this specific listing is designed to include two physical smartphones, but it only comes with one promotional 1-Year Plan total—not one plan for each device. However, you are absolutely correct that the system glitched during your activation, which is why neither phone received the single plan it was supposed to come with.

It's weird because it was confirmed that it was 2 phones with 2 individual plans before purchasing in an earlier message. Oh well best of luck to everyone. Off to refund hell again hahaha.

Has anyone used these phones to renew a 24GB unlimited text/phone plan and if so what happens? Does it convert to 1500 mins, etc?

I have 2 phones that were originally unlimited QVC bundles but after harvesting new 1500 bundled plans (& then moving to better phones) they're still showing as unlimited more than 6 months later.
It's really hard to predict - with TF things don't always work the same for everyone.

most likely when the unlimited service expires then the measured service kicks in

Original service expired some time ago - that's why I said you never know how it will work out. There have been other reports of "glitches" like that, this time the system obviously messed up in my favor.

Both of my phones had 1 year of service.
Now to figure out what to do with two outdated phones that I don't want or need.
Install Alfred or similar and use them as security cameras

Since it's their mistake is Tracfone providing a prepaid return label to the buyers that are returning?

Short answer is yes I am assuming. I received this message:

"Proceed with your return
If this bundle does not fit your needs since it only includes one plan,
we completely respect your decision to return it. To get your free
prepaid return shipping label and full refund, you will need to open the return through eBay..."

I started the return process Aug.12. On my return page it says I will receive a return shipping label by Aug 17. Waiting for the shipping label at the moment. Hope this helps.

That's so much easier than calling them and having the rep transfer everything. That is what I been doing for years for fear of screwing it up

Quick update for anyone who only had one phone activate the plan: TracFone eBay was able to push the 1yr plan to the phone after I activated it and it didn't have any service on it.

Bogus time wasting deal. No airtime on both. Started ebay return.

Purchased a few tracfone deals like this, never had such an experience.

Activated correctly using TRANSFER 611611 but no airtime.

Is it possible the evil forces do not like transferring number during activation to extend service?

TF going downhill.

Both the IMEI and SIM should be valid. You could try chatting with Tracfone directly if you have an account with them and ask whether the new IMEI and SIM you received with the phone are valid and whether the 365-day service is attached to them. Still, the only way to get absolute confirmation would be to proceed with activation.
