Hello, We sincerely apologize for the frustrating activation experience! We completely understand your disappointment, as bundled listings can be tricky to interpret. To clarify, this specific listing is designed to include two physical smartphones, but it only comes with one promotional 1-Year Plan total—not one plan for each device. However, you are absolutely correct that the system glitched during your activation, which is why neither phone received the single plan it was supposed to come with.
It's weird because it was confirmed that it was 2 phones with 2 individual plans before purchasing in an earlier message. Oh well best of luck to everyone. Off to refund hell again hahaha.

I started the return process Aug.12. On my return page it says I will receive a return shipping label by Aug 17. Waiting for the shipping label at the moment. Hope this helps.
Purchased a few tracfone deals like this, never had such an experience.
Activated correctly using TRANSFER 611611 but no airtime.
Is it possible the evil forces do not like transferring number during activation to extend service?
TF going downhill.
