I may get this for my mother in law when she wants to visit. Fingers crossed!
I was thinking the same, but the 500lb limit might not be enough for my mother-in-law.

Zero of which go tent camping or would ever use this.
I'm 72, rode my motorcycle 8200 miles throughout the west US, solo, took my dome tent and sleeping bag...so maybe a little thought next time you decide to generalize, bub...

Good luck, hopefully it's uncomfortable enough to shorten her visit

I bought 2 of these. We bring it when we visit family. My adult sons like them. I've layed on it. It is more comfortable than most, and very sturdy. The soft cover is more for home/ non dirty camping. If I go out in the boonies, I bring sleeping bags.

Seems like a dumb idea. If you're already off the ground on an air mattress, what's the point of the cot?
The mat on this isn't an air mattress and doesn't need to be inflated or deflated, and won't lose air over time as many air mattresses tend to.

If you're already off the ground on a mattress, what's the point of a bedframe?

It's a staff post or promoted. There's almost always better options than what you see on slickdeals.
Where do you find them?

The point is nearly everything on this site now is promoted trash. If you want this level of products you may as well shop on Aliexpress instead of Walmart/Amazon.

I'd get a Coleman instead of this. It will be more than $50 for anything good for a reason.

This looks very comfortable. The metal part reminds me of the folding beds we had in Soviet Union for when guests came to visit for a few days or for people who had more than a few kids (anything more than 2 was super rare for the most part, lol). They definitely didn't have such a luxury fluffy cozy mattress with it.

For $50 seems like a good investment to have at home for a last minute guest for a makeshift guest sleeping arrangement situation in any room or even garage if needed, for that matter.
