The Pixel 11 Fi offer is mainly an existing customer pre order deal with big upfront discounts, especially on the Pro models, and it can be paired with Google Store coupons when ordered through the Google Store with Fi selected as the provider. The strongest reports show $500 to $600 off, sometimes with extra trade in credit, store credit, or six months of Google AI Pro and 5 TB storage. The catch is that the discount math is confusing, trade in values often differ between Fi and Google Store, and the line usually has to stay active for 120 days. Some also flag RAM downgrades on the Pixel 11 Pro 256GB and trouble getting codes or promos to stack correctly.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes, the workable path is to order through the Google Store, select Fi as the provider, and then apply the coupon. Several comments note that Fi-only checkout often will not accept Google Store codes, while the Google Store flow can combine the Fi discount with a store coupon.

  • Trade-in values can be higher on the Google Store than on Fi, and the Fi discount may also drop when you switch to the store checkout. One example showed a Pixel 10 trade-in at $260 on Fi versus $290 on Google Store with Fi selected as provider, while another showed much better Google Store trade-in plus store credit than Fi.

  • Usually no: Google Store promo codes and store credit often do not carry over to Fi checkout. The comments point to the opposite workaround instead-use the Google Store checkout with Fi selected as the carrier if you want to combine discounts.

  • Existing Fi customers can get an upfront discount on the Pixel 11 series, with the Pixel 11 Pro shown at $500-$600 off depending on the account and model. The phone is factory unlocked, but the Fi line must stay active for 120 days to keep the upfront discount; after that, remaining bill credits can be forfeited if you cancel.

  • No trade-in is required for the existing-Fi upfront discount, but trade-ins can lower the out-of-pocket price if the offer is good enough. Some commenters saw no upfront discount without a trade-in on certain paths, while others got the full Fi discount with no trade-in selected.

Don't buy phone this year. Memory price is high. Buy last year's model or wait memory price to crash

I ran the numbers with my Google Pixel 10 Pro XL 512 gb as a trade-in. When purchasing the same thing Googel Pixel 11 Pro XL 512 on Google store the price is $512 including taxes. On Google Fi the final price is $537. The key difference (other than the relatively minor price difference) is with Google Store they give you the phone trade-in instantly (you send it in with in 30 days). You don't have to wait like you do with Google Fi to get the trade-in. Well I have $23 in Google Store credit from my last Pixel purchase so that accounts for the price difference. I'm not sure if I can get that credit (easily) going through Fi. I'll suppose I'll buy through the store since I'd rather not dish out $967.71 up front.

Unlimited Essentials. Had Mint earlier this year and switched to this plan with their 50% off plan promo in hope that I'd get targeted promo but this didn't happen. Checked both Fi app/shop -- nothing. I switched away from Mint in order to qualify as new customer in the future, which I'm pretty sure they'll have a deal before the year ends, so Fi not giving me a huge discount is honestly not a big deal.
You are doing a service discount, you can't do any device discount during that period. Once it's over you will see the deals.

Hmmm I actually saw your previous post and signed up to Google Fi on 7/19 (24 days ago), and I turned on CPNI immediately at the time. But when I go to Google Store I just don't see the $500 off offer for Google Fi - I only see the $300 off + credit for 36 months, so it's not recognizing that I'm an existing Google Fi customer somehow. Is there somewhere else I'm supposed to look?
Did you sign up with ref code? If not I am seeing some reports people are not shown the exsisting user deals when they don't sign up with ref code. I didn't know about that problem when I posted earlier.

Currently on a Pixel 7a and it's feeling old. This is what I'm currently seeing. Probably going to jump on it.
Is this with trade in at $399?

By Google Fi you mean on Google store selecting Fi as provider?

What about Fi app l, do you see the discount there? Also I hope you didn't sign up with some kind of service promo.
