The Pixel 11 Fi offer is mainly an existing customer pre order deal with big upfront discounts, especially on the Pro models, and it can be paired with Google Store coupons when ordered through the Google Store with Fi selected as the provider. The strongest reports show $500 to $600 off, sometimes with extra trade in credit, store credit, or six months of Google AI Pro and 5 TB storage. The catch is that the discount math is confusing, trade in values often differ between Fi and Google Store, and the line usually has to stay active for 120 days. Some also flag RAM downgrades on the Pixel 11 Pro 256GB and trouble getting codes or promos to stack correctly.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes, the workable path is to order through the Google Store, select Fi as the provider, and then apply the coupon. Several comments note that Fi-only checkout often will not accept Google Store codes, while the Google Store flow can combine the Fi discount with a store coupon.

  • Trade-in values can be higher on the Google Store than on Fi, and the Fi discount may also drop when you switch to the store checkout. One example showed a Pixel 10 trade-in at $260 on Fi versus $290 on Google Store with Fi selected as provider, while another showed much better Google Store trade-in plus store credit than Fi.

  • Usually no: Google Store promo codes and store credit often do not carry over to Fi checkout. The comments point to the opposite workaround instead-use the Google Store checkout with Fi selected as the carrier if you want to combine discounts.

  • Existing Fi customers can get an upfront discount on the Pixel 11 series, with the Pixel 11 Pro shown at $500-$600 off depending on the account and model. The phone is factory unlocked, but the Fi line must stay active for 120 days to keep the upfront discount; after that, remaining bill credits can be forfeited if you cancel.

  • No trade-in is required for the existing-Fi upfront discount, but trade-ins can lower the out-of-pocket price if the offer is good enough. Some commenters saw no upfront discount without a trade-in on certain paths, while others got the full Fi discount with no trade-in selected.

If I get a google fi plan, I automatically get $300 off a Google Pixel 11 pro. This leaves a balance of $799 which will be written off over 24 months at $45.79 per month with any Google Fi Plan including the $20 a month plan. With my $250 off coupon and $137.50 trade in credit brings my phone to $411.50.My question is why trade in my phone or what is the benefit of the $250 credit, if the $799 is already going to be written off over 2 years / 24 months?Unless I anticipate in paying off the balance of the phone and cancelling my fi cell phone plan sometime down the road when it becomes allowable, which I believe may be after 120 days?
It makes sense for the existing Fi users who have an upfront discount of $500 off for P11 Pro. Only requirement is to be with Fi for 120 days. Hence I posted a while ago encouraging to become a Fi customer for this deal

Seems like the best deal for existing Fi customers that can't jump through the hoops to stack codes is just order from Fi and then sell the existing phone independently to beat the trade in value.
Nope you stack the Google store coupon with Fi discount by ordering from Google store selecting Fi as provider

I'm not seeing any place I can activate a new phone on my existing plan. On neither the Fi site nor the google store. Is that because I still have a promo going on from my last phone (pixel 10 pro)? I paid for it in full, but I'm still getting monthly credits. But that deal specifically said that I had to keep the line active for 120 days, which is long past. And the line would still be active, anyways.Any chance there's some error or something I'm missing? Any chance I'll be able to use whatever offer they give on Black Friday? Or am I out of luck until next year, when the credits are done?
It's because you have the ongoing promo. This deal will be available throughout the year with more discount during BF.

Yeah this is without Fi, or should I wait for my 21 days for Fi? I think I am about 6 days away from 21 days minimum.

The deals run through 8/27 so does not hurt to wait and combine with $500 or more off from Fi. Beware though the trade in credit will drop but you can decide then.

I found this promotion to be very confusing. Even Gemini really messed it up and was telling me I could get the $600 off and the $350 trade in value for one phone ($350 out of pocket) and a $200 store credit for the other phone ($450 out of pocket) but it was so wrong. AI is anything but intelligent. We have an Unlimited Standard plan with three phones. Two are Pixel 6 Pros and one is a Pixel 9 Pro XL. I upgraded my Pixel 6 Pro to Pixel 11 Pro XL for $1299 - $600 = $46.31 tax and - estimated $80 trade in credit for my Pixel 6 Pro. I'm pretty sure I get the 6 months of AI but I don't remember agreeing that I had to unsubscribe after 6 months is out so I don't get charged $20/month. My 14 year old daughter still has a Pixel 6 Pro which is long in the tooth. My wife's 9 Pro XL is still good, so she can wait unless there is a good deal. Did I get a good deal or should and should I do the same for my daughter or is there a better deal to be had?

Be careful if you're upgrading from a Pixel 10 Pro. The Pixel 11 pro 256gb version is downgrading from 16gb to 12gb of RAM. And they don't mention that at all on the product page.
Wow this is extremely helpful and super shady. This is the first time I'm aware of that the base model is actually worse than the others (storage aside).

So this is how they "only" increased the price by $100 - the equivalent model is actually now $1219!!!

I don't think I can answer this without knowing if you ordered from Google store or Fi, did you apply coupon, trade in etc?

Great questions. TBH, I think I tried everything. I went through Google store and Fi. Both would show lower prices until I was near checkout. It was so confusing, especially with an email saying if get $600 off and also talking about a $350 trade.in for my pixel 6 pro. It was not clear that those were separate offers and you couldn't get both together. Also, what about the $200 store credit. So confusing!
