Little typo on the product page:

Up to 30% Residential Clean Energy Credit: If you've installed a solar PV system in the US between January 1, 2017, and December 31, 2034, you could be eligible for this substantial tax credit, potentially leading to remarkable savings of up to 30%.

Do you need to use micro inverters on half cut panels if dealing with partial shade or is that unnecessary?

The federal Residential Clean Energy Credit (Section 25D) is no longer available for new home installations in 2026. Following legislative changes under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the credit expired for any clean energy expenditures or system installations completed after December 31, 2025

That is only if you have a white backing to reflect some lights to the back side of the panel - Bifacial. If it just the front, you are still only getting about 15% or so efficiency.

wow... 400+ for each 590W panel ... this is crazy!! FB marketplace normally sells new 1 tier panels for $175 per panel (no tax but you might pay 60$ for delivery of your panels)
